How to Entertain a Toddler in a Hotel

This past week we traveled to Atlanta for Mary Katherine's wedding (my sister). Trying to keep Hailey entertained in a hotel room was, um,  interesting. Here are a few of the things we did:

Play peek-a-boo in the curtains

Throw pom pom balls on the floor

and then pick them up

Play with magnets on the mini fridge

Read LOTS of books

Look out the window

Walk down the hallway

Have "clown noses"

Spin in the desk chair

Eat dinner

And when all else fails,

Go swimming!

Hailey wasn't a big fan of the pool. She clutched our arms the whole time and didn't even like us to get her feet wet. Let's hope she gets used to the pool this summer... But she sure did look cute in her bathing suit and cover-up!
